MISUMI USA has considerably extended its offerings of Cable Carriers designed to protect and guide motion control cables and air hoses commonly used in motion control machinery and equipment.
MISUMI USA, a premier supplier of fixed and configurable components, is a subsidiary of MISUMI Corporation.
MISUMI USA’s product range includes leader pins, single-axis actuators, linear shafts, slotted keys, aluminum extrusions, parting locks, linear guides, XY stages and other components for the factory automation, plastic mold and press die industries.
MISUMI's new and enhanced selection of Cable Carriers and Trays include Slit Type, SE/SZ Series. This range supports clean room operation and allows cables and hoses to be easily tucked in from both internal and external circumference sides. MISUMI's Compact Type, MHPKS, is a space-saving style, allowing protection for a single cable or hose.
The Flap Open-Close Type, MHPUS, allows quick access as flaps could be opened conveniently on left or right side. Flap Open-Close Full Cover Type, FHPS, protects cables and hoses from ambient dust and debris.
Low Friction Low Noise Type, MPSPS, with low friction interior surface, results in less wear on cables and hoses. MPSPS also offers low noise operation.
Cable Carrier Support Channels, CBC Series, support and guide cable management carries over long travel. CBC Series is available in widths of 40 up to 120mm in 10mm increments and length (up to 1m) in 5mm increments.
Low Particulate Low Noise Type, MPSCS, is a high dust protection design contributing to Clean Room 1000 level rating, plus the carriers offer low noise operation.
