RMT Robotics, a Cimcorp Oy company, announced the appointment of Andrew Bell as its new customer care manager.
RMT Robotics is engaged in manufacturing and integrating turnkey robotic gantry-based order fulfillment and tire handling solutions for optimized operational efficiencies. RMT robotic handling solutions have been helping customers around the world compete in a highly competitive and price-sensitive global marketplace.
According to a news release, Andrew Bell will lead RMT’s customer care team, which consists of a dedicated and highly skilled group of field service technicians, software experts, customer care specialists, and parts and services professionals.
According to RMT, its dedicated and knowledgeable customer care team is committed to being there whenever needed. Some of the major responsibilities of the team include fine-tuning of the equipment, responding rapidly in time-critical situations and training and mentoring staff.
The team believes in building long-term partnerships so that customers get the most out of their automated robotic gantry systems.
As the leader of his new team, Bell will focus on developing long-term partnerships to provide enhanced service and support throughout the lifecycle of customers’ robotic systems.
Bell has been associated with the company for the past five years in the capacity of a project manager. His technical experience is expected to make a significant addition to the customer care team’s expertise.
As customer care manager, Bell will continue to enhance the team’s key service standards, which include quick response times and immediate execution of service, with the application of a resourceful approach and continuous customer feedback in order to provide first-class care.
