Interactions Corporation, a firm that enables companies to more effectively interact with their customers, has recently won the 2012 MassTLC Innovative Technology of the Year in Robotics award for its Virtual Assistant services.
The Innovative Technology of the Year Robotics award recognizes industry-leading technology innovation in the field of robotics and raises awareness and spurs growth of the region’s thriving robotics industry.
Virtual Assistant services allow customers to interact as if they are speaking with a live agent. With the help of a remarkably adaptable and intuitive interface, Interactions offers its clients a natural and conversational way to easily accomplish their goals.
Officials said that organizations, with the help of Virtual Assistant services are also able to finally realize the full economic benefits of self-service.

A committee of 55 executives, investors, analysts, media, and thought leaders selected the winners of the Innovative Technology of the Year Robotics award. The names of the winners were announced in 16 categories at the Renaissance Waterfront Hotel in Boston, MA.
